Hi all:

I'm most gratefulthat I had access to, and partaken in Shelby's discussions and resources, for indeed my thresholds are being tested, and, for me, this coaching couldn't have been found and put to use at a better time.

I've had a story almost all my life, that of cancer at birth, and the many effects I had little choice over inheriting. In the now, there's no time for old stories, I can see choices, and their paths. I'll offer one kind of anecdote to highlight this.

I've seen this happen literally when traveling with my guide dog. He and I had traveled much when I had partial vision, and he's adjusted quite well considering that now I can see only light and shadows rather than limited pictures.  Winter travel on a familiar route can be a different experience in and of itself, as corners are not often shoveled, or not shoveled in a uniformed standard. One can often get put off track.

Twice I found myself lost, but was able to backtrack and return to the directions to where I would reach my destination.  Each diversion, thankfully, was only a block, and the return was a perfect exercise of being in the now. Returns to those sites now results in successful travel.  When I was clued in to being lost, I stopped, listened for the surroundings I was in, and "went into the now".

In the now, there was little room for fear. Definitely thresholds were tested, my skills for travel, the old ways, techniques, habits, my level of patience.  Some detachment from the situation, colored with past and future experiences allowed me to to effectively work with my dog on a back track, trusting that he would get through the area that confused me, and things would right themselves. I am starting to realize that often, sighted or blind, we get a mixed reading from our proverbial maps. We can curse the dark, or light a candle, or in my case once more pick up the harness handle.

Dear Shelby and All,

I just wanted to say thank you to everyone in this group for a great 90 days working on this project. I thought I'd report on a few little successes that I recognized during the past 90 days:

I recently started a new relationship which happened almost out of the blue. So far is the kind of relationship that all girls dream of. The moment I got out of my own way and detached from this idea he just walked into my life.

Professionally I felt that I had been stuck in a rut for ages, unable to tap into my creative resources or to feel enthusiasm for anything in general. Again, as I slowly allowed my beliefs to change the way that the world responded to me also changed. Now I have more opportunities available than I can handle and feel excited......

This is perhaps the most amazing event that happened during the past 90 days: a few weeks ago my next door neighbor for reasons better known to herself decided that one of my cats was a stray and arranged for one of her friends to come and take him away. So I tried to shift the focus on thinking positively about
the whole event in terms of manifesting the safe return of my pet. I started to get ideas on what to do next into my mind.... Within 24 hours I received a phone call from the people who ended up with him and a few hours after that I was reunited with my beloved cat.

So, I think I am beginning to be able to relate to what Shelby has been saying for eons about changing beliefs. Thank you again Shelby and All for the great inspiration you have provided and hopefully we'll chat again on the Mind Powers forum soon.

It's been quite an experience.

For me the lesson that keeps coming foremost in my mind is "What meaning am I giving to this situation or someone's comments?"

I am becoming quicker in recognizing myself and in my reactions and realize I WANT TO BE RIGHT!!! God I just want to be right and recognized that I am right. Even as I write this I am having an
emotional reaction. I feel both a sadness AND at the same time an elation that I have discovered this about myself.

So gang, it's been a blessing for me having you on my journey and to have been a part of your journey.

Happy Wednesday Shelby!

I went and had my nails done this morning and lo and behold a women who lives a short distance from me was there as well. Her husband builds high dollar homes and they are wealthy and very influential people in the community. As she was drying her nails next to me, our nail tech was asking me how my clinic was coming and making conversation. This women jumped in our conversation andbefore I left, she had made appts for herself and her husband for assessments AND massages! OMG!!!! How FABULOUS is this!! I am so freakin excited I can hardly stand it!! Thank you Universe! Thank you Shelby! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!! My life is absolutely phenomenal! I just HAD to tell YOU!

Believe it or not I had a wonderfully surprising afternoon. I dropped in to our Avon training center to p/u supplies and low and behold a customer I had been trying to meet up with to delivery and collect from just happened to come by AND a prospect I had recruited on Mon. just happened to come by in the few minutes I was there, it felt so amazing having that happen right after our call.  Later that night I received my bi-weekly bonus check from Avon and it was one of the highest checks I have received this year so far!
